6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission; use the platform to send unsolicited communications; interfere with the platform's operation or security; or impersonate any person or organisation.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job listings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
